Directions
- First pressure cook the masoor dal in a pressure cooker with pinch of salt and turmeric. The daal (lentil) has to be mushy. When done put it aside. Then finely chop the garlic and tomatoes. And chop the cilantro and slit the red chilies. Our preparation is done. Make sure to wash all the ingredients. It will take approx 30 minutes to prepare all the stuffs.
- Now lets starts cooking. First in a wok or deep pan heat oil. Let it spatter.
- Once the oil is really hot add the cumin seeds.
