  • 500 grams mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • olive oil
  • parsley (minced)
  • bread
  • anchovies
  • cheese (Aged, shaved)

    Directions

    1. Place the mushrooms into a bowl with the vinegar, water, and salt. Allow to marinate for several hours.
    2. Drain the mushrooms, add the garlic and parsley and cover with olive oil.
    3. Toast the breads and then layer with the mushrooms, anchovies, and cheese. Drizzle with some of the oil from the mushroom marinade.
