Great, will make again. I have a hard time consistently cooking to right “doneness”. This cooking method worked really well.

My first time cooking lamb chops, and they turned out great! I think I might add a little dill to the marinade next time, but it's great as is.

This is my go-to recipe when I’m trying to appear like I’m a great cook. Totally fool-proof

I've never made lamb chops before, but with this recipe, I felt like a professional chef. These came out extremely flavorful and I only marinated 2 hours.

This dish was so easy to make and my family absolutely loved it. I marinated them overnight and did not add the shallots or lemon juice and the flavor was very nice and the meat super tender. This is a dish that I will definitely be making again.

My family absolutely loved it! I forgot the shallots and the lemon juice, although nothing felt lacking

I made this the other night. I marinated the chops for a good eight hours and then cooked them on my indoor grill. Wow! Beautiful... this is now my go to for lamb chops. ❤️
