This dish was so easy to make and my family absolutely loved it. I marinated them overnight and did not add the shallots or lemon juice and the flavor was very nice and the meat super tender. This is a dish that I will definitely be making again.

I made this the other night. I marinated the chops for a good eight hours and then cooked them on my indoor grill. Wow! Beautiful... this is now my go to for lamb chops. ❤️
