  • 1 honey (spoon)
  • 4 fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low salt)

  • 6 ounces sugar pea (trimmed)
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 2 cups pea shoots (or bean sprouts)
  • 1/2 jicama (small, peeled and cut into matchsticks)
  • 2 mango (smalls, peeled and cut from pits fresh mint sprigs for garni)
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

    Directions

    1. In a blender or food processor combine all dressing ingredients and pure until well blended.
    2. Light a fire in a charcoal grill or preheat a gas grill or broiler.
