    The taste of this was amazing. The consistency was more like soup unfortunately, but I think that was probably my fault - I added red wine to the sauce and next time might try draining the pan of grease after sauteeing the beef. Perhaps also need to let everything cook for longer.

    I wasn't sure about lasagna without ricotta but this turned out really good. I changed the seasoning for everything, but I think everyone should season to taste.
