Turned out really well and I love how easy it is! So happy to have found a healthier way to get a base to any meal. I added some chillies to it to make it have some added spice and heat :)

really tastes nice. Added garlic and onion to blender with cauliflower. Put coconut oil in pan with cumin seeds, turmeric and a little cumin bark. Cooked on low heat for about 2 minutes. Then added cauliflower mixture, salt and stirred all together and cooked over low heat for about four minutes, stirring most of the time. Really nice.

So easy to make - one cauliflower head made enough for the two of us (not giant portions). Had it in the wok for about three minutes. Next time will try adding paprika and/or similar.
