  • 60 grams hazelnut flour
  • 6 grams salt
  • 10 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 80 grams butter
  • 60 grams mackerel fillets
  • 1 shallot

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Add the flours, salt, cheese, and butter to a food processor. Turn on the food processor and add the egg. Combine well.
    3. Add the mackerel, shallot and dill and continue processing.
    4. Shape the mixture into balls weighing 8 grams each, flatten them and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
    5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
