    More of a personal preference than an issue with the recipe, but I just really don't like the almond flower in these cookies. I feel like it's all I can taste when I take a bite. However, if you've previously used almond flower as a substitute (not simply in macaroons, because I make macaroons all the time and love the flavor) without a problem, you'll probably love this recipe. Also, the cookies were absolutely beautiful even though I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor!
