It was good... I’m diabetic so I had interest in making this in particular. I spun it a bit I used two tablespoons of powdered Truvia (to replace the 1/4 cup and 1/8 tsp) I felt the olive oil would over power the taste of the sunflower seeds so I used grapeseed oil, and reduced to 3 tbsp which was plenty enough. Finally, since I do appreciate salt I upped to 1/2 tsp of fine sea salt. My version was fantastic! Appreciate the base from which to work
