- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I used boneless skinless strips)

- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 tablespoons cream (whole)
- 1 tablespoon minced onion (I omitted this simply because I didn't have any)
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar and I used more than 1/2 a cup)

It tastes great but cooking time a little too long. Sauce was very watery instead of thick so sauce should prob be reduced after cooking I guess. I’d try it again.

I would say that this recipe is just “okay”. The chicken was a little bland

we LOVED this recipe! I skipped the heavy cream and used milk instead and it was yummy anyway. suoer easy to mak as well which is a definate bonus in my book. Hubby actually asked for this again for a second time in a week!

Made this dish exactly as stated except I added some crushed red pepper for spice! The kids and husband loved it. I will be making this again
