  • 2 bell peppers (colored, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (minced)
  • 2 zucchini (medium, finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced])
  • 1 cup cheese low fat (crumbled feta, is ok too)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, using your hands is best
    2. Using a food scale, measure and form into 6oz patties
    3. Spray grill pan with cooking spray and heat on med/high until very hot

    This is the best turkey burger I've tried so far. It was not dry or bland like other recipes. Full of flavor.
