    I soaked my liver overnight in milk to remove the "gamey" taste which probably helped; however, the carmelized onions and bacon really helped too. I admit, I made 2 batches of bacon, one to carmelize the onions in and the other to cook the liver in. Thanks for the wonderful idea.
