  • 1 cup rice syrup (honey or agave nectar, use honey or agave if you like sweet desserts, rice syrup has half the sugar)

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 6 limes (juice and zest)
  • 2 avocados (ripe)
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 avocados (ripe, flesh removed)
