Delicious. Instead if browning before baking, I took the foil off after 35 minutes and let it bake another 20 before broiling. I used leg quarters instead of just the thighs.

roast potatoes about 15 mins before adding veggies or smaller pieces. my veggies combined with everything was mushy.
