I marinated my chicken over night and loved the flavor I got with it. I think I prefer the mixture as a marinade than a dressing - but the salad was tasty overall!

The salad was tasty, crunchy, very citrusy for a summer afternoon. Next time I would make more of squash roast than specified 400 gms. (Didn’t make chicken)

i added cucumbers and will prob add kalmata olives next time. i also used an olive oil and vinegar salad dressing. very good!
