    I've made this cake so many times. It's easy to make and every body loves it.

    This cake is beautifully moist, spongey and with just the right amount of zing! Absolutely love it. Tried making it a tiny bit "healthier" and only used 160g butter, 150g sugar and 90g icing sugar for the drizzle. Next time will try to see if I can cut these even further.
