It’s so fluffy and soft, i can’t help but eat the whole thing in one day! Currently making it for the 3rd time this evening for my mother in law, she’s obsessed too!!!

Wonderful. I did half of the cake with the lemon drizzle and the other half without to see which texture I prefer. The one without was more fluffy inside and the one with the drizzle was a lot more of a wet consistency. Everyone loved it.

Lovely zesty lemon cake. I used dairy free margarine and it worked out really well. It’s going to be a family favourite

Lemon drizzle is my favourite cake, and this recipe just turned out to be the best one that I've made, I changed the quantities of lemon at the end and used 2 lemons, because I like it very lemony, but it really was a lovely treat and I will definitely be using this recipe again.

Stunning, moist with bursts of lemon flavour, I would have liked a zingy icing but that's my personal preference

It turned out super moist and delicious even though I used margarine instead of butter. Everybody loved it!! I will certainly make it again!
