  • 2 pounds courgettes
  • 1 lemon juice (grated zest & juice)

  • 350 grams whole wheat pasta
  • 40 grams Parmesan cheese (1½oz, grated black pepper)

    Directions

    1. Heat the Flora Buttery and add the garlic, chilli and courgettes. Cook gently for 12–15 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
    3. Drain the pasta and mix with the courgettes, the cheese and black pepper.
    4. Serve immediately with a crispy salad.
