  • 250 grams lamb (left over, cubed)
  • 50 grams dried apricots (cut into quarters)
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 4 tablespoons coriander (separate the stalks, and chop the leaves)
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds (optional, for garnish)
