This was a great way to use leftover pork tenderloin. We used jarred mushrooms, frozen broccoli, and a fresh onion. It was "meh" until we added a generous sprinkling of garlic pepper, which totally woke up the flavors and made this phenomenal.

This meal is a winner! Added red peppers with the onion and mushrooms. I used canned mushrooms and whole wheat spagetti!.
