    I was after a vegan recipe and stumbled onto this. We enjoyed it, it had a range of flavours with the sweetness from the roasted carrots, creaminess from the tahini, with a nice salty tang from the lemon juice. I added garlic powder and lemon zest as I was afraid it would have no taste but we were very happy, it was very moorish. To make it more of a main meal we made hummus and served it with leb bread, cucumber and tomato
