Delicious, even my 6 year old who is picky liked it. I might try to season it a little more though next time. It was a little on the bland side.

Chicken was tender and delicious. I added half a cup of red wine and twice the tomatoes. Wish I’d added even more. Great cold weather dinner!

This meal was amazing! I had never tried rutabagas before, and they were so flavorful! Be sure to read the comments at the linked recipe. Someone knew the original version that was served at a restaurant. I used the part that said to mix white wine, garlic, and olive oil and bake at 500 degrees at the end for an additional 10 minutes. It was sooooo good!

Baked the veggies under the chicken, only thighs, tomatoes and garlic side of the chicken. Cooking time was just right. This is a "must make again." Added a cup of water half way...will add white wine next time for more sauce.

yhe turn out was unbelievable. Best thing ive made in a long time. And I cook alot. i added whole garlic and swapped the tomatoes with wedges of one Red Pepper (to alleviate too much juice resulting in a soggy dish). Perfect. The marinade/dressing will be a constant go to. Ymm-O!
