    Last year I planted zucchini which produced so much that I tried a few different casserole dishes. This is my favorite. It’s not overly juicy. The proportions of all the ingredients are just right. It’s just a little bit cheesy but that’s the way we like it. Fresh zucchini and herbs make the flavors pop in your mouth. Scrumptious! Thanks for sharing.

    The whole family liked it. I substituted goat cheese for the ricotta cheese and that turned out well.

    My boys liked it! Would have liked it better myself if I was able to remove more water from zucchini. Next time.

    Really liked it. If you use no salt added tomato sauce you should bump up the spices
    My family loved it. I doubled the cheese mixture so I could spread some top and he sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top.
