  • 200 grams bulgur wheat (large grain)
  • 4 zucchini (medium)
  • 250 grams lamb shoulder (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (mold)
  • fresh cilantro
  • 1 lemon (organic)

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, add the bulgur with 400 gr. of salted water, over medium heat and stir regularly.
    2. When all the water has evaporated, remove from heat and let stand covered for 3-4 minutes.
