    Couldn't find Lamb in the shops so went for chicken thighs instead. Cooked for 15-20 mins less as deicded the chicken didnt need as long as the lamb. Boy was this a great curry! Everyone loved it. I even made myself a quick one for lunch one day with chicken breast all the spices bit of tomato puree and coconut milk in a frying pan. Top class curry this!

    Awesome!! I also did a variant on this with a little tomato paste and made more of a vindaloo end product.
