This is awesome, but it is rich and filling, so don't expect to eat much of it. Rather than serving it on rice, this dish would make an excellent filler for lettuce wraps.

Fantastic, we have this at least once a week. I also throw in some frozen broccoli and cauliflower at the end. Such a quick easy meal and the kids love it too.

This turned out great. I used the Trader Joe’s beefless ground beef. I did adjust the sauce recipe a bit based on another Korean beef recipe I’ve used in the past, but it was essentially the same, just with slightly less brown sugar and ground ginger instead of fresh. I also added broccoli just to add another veggie. Overall a really good vegetarian meal.

I skipped the sesame seeds, I hate them! This was super delicious! Super easy to prepare, and very filling! It can even go well in lettuce wraps or corn tortillas to make Korean tacos!
