With the exact portions they presented for 8 servings, it gave me 2.5. That being said, I’m assuming 1 serving is 1 cup? No where does it tell you how much a serving is (or at the very least, I’m blind and can’t find it). Tasted fine, nothing gross, nothing amazing. Just mixed up fruit juice.

I am always looking for a new smoothie recipe and am happy to add this to my morning rotation of green smoothies. It has a good flavor and texture although it is difficult to blend with whole citrus. I may use the juice of half a lime next time. I added two handfuls of spinach and omitted the walnuts.

Came out better than expected. I'm not a huge fan of avocado, kiwi, or cilantro, but I will eat them in small amounts. With that said, this smoothie combined the flavors in a way that I really enjoyed. I did not have walnuts in the house and since they were optional I simply omitted them to see what the recipe would taste like "as written." It was good. I'll make it again for sure.

I added too much cilantro and the walnut grains were stale. Also the kiwi hurt my tongue. It tasted good so I'll retry it again.

Amazing! So delicious! I didn't add cilantro, because my boyfriend doesn't like it. I doubled the recipe to use the smoothie for a 3 day detox. Love it!
