My daughter and I are new to the Keto diet. I've been searching for foods that are kid friendly. I made this twice using one dough split in two. The first time the dough was extremely sticky even adding the parm cheese. I opted to simply press flat into a pie pan and add a low carb tomato sauce, cheeses. and turkey pepperoni. Dough wad too think fir ny liking. The second time I used the dough that I refrigerated for 3 days and rolled it out between parchment paper. Then I layed it in the pie pan and baked for 10 minutes before adding sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Between the two, we enjoyed the 2nd way better. Below are my pictures. Daughter had requested this as our Thursday dinner and her Friday lunch.

Great! Easy to make and very yummy! My daughter helped me make it, and we had a lot of fun :) We used ground beef bc we don't love cheese pizza and pepperoni = heartburn!

Very tasty! Next time I’m gonna flatten the dough balls and use more pepperoni. But it’s a personal preference, I prefer thinner crust pizza

Used as a baseline recipe, laid out like a normal pizza and it was delicious. Family was apprehensive but they all loved it.

Tried on a whim, we don’t follow any particular eating or diet plan, really doughy and cheesy. Didn’t have cream cheese so used sour cream instead, never would have known. I used very little cheddar on top (just a light sprinkle) because that tends to be greasier in my opinion. Will be making again!

It wasn’t good at all. Too much cheese and was just doughy feeling and mushy in your mouth. I cooked it for over 35 minutes and it still turned out doughy.
