    It was great! I put it over spaghetti squash and the family had it with whole grain pasta. I also substituted actual garlic and actual onion (sautéed them before browning the ground beef) and I used diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. Very very good! My boyfriend went back for seconds and thirds!!
