I doubled the batch because my boys eat. One son polished off half of it while I was prepping to make chicken zucchini poppers. Second son had a big bowl but left me a little. No complaints so I will make it again.

My husband and I really enjoyed this, my teen kids were less enamored. It’s very chunky. We ate it on sandwiches, but it’s chunky enough that eating it in lettuce wraps, tortillas, or flat bread (as the recipe says, would be better than sandwiches. It is also good all by itself, or maybe as part of a green salad. NOTE: if you are not a fan of dill and/or lemon, this is not a recipe for you.

i forgot celery but k added chopped onion. i seasoned the chicken with kosher salt, black peppercorn, qne and cajun seasoning. seared chicken in bacon grease both sides for 4 minutes a side then i threw in the oven for 15 minutes at 400. everything else was to recipe and was fuckin fantastic
We enjoyed it. Nice summer dish.
It was really, really good! I seasoned my chicken with Cajun seasoning so there was a little kick there. Used Dijon mustard and a little mayo to make a sandwich. Delish!
