This was my first Keto friendly recipe that I tried and it was pretty amazing. I’m not a big fan of asparagus so I used spinach instead. I also added cooked bell peppers and mushrooms to the recipe. This turned out really good. It definitely made more than 4 servings. Will definitely make again.
