This has been by far the best Keto puzza dough I've made. I'm nimot sure because I put ut in rge food processor and it wasn't a sticky mess. A plus! I added a little tomotoe sauce, cheeder and mozzarella cheeses, and mini turkey pepperoni. Delish! I baked mine in a pie pan. I also bake the "crust" about 7-10 minutes before adding toppings

I made this and followed directions and I had a gooey mess. I couldn’t even get if off the pan, it just fell apart. Disappointed.

Really great! I was super nervous about trying this, You could taste the coconut flour in the crust by itself, but still, very good! We doubled. Possibly cook a bit longer for crispy crust.

Really good for people on the Keto diet but don’t eat too much because it has some carbs. I wonder if it would work better without the coconut flour... ?
