    I didn’t know what to expect, but I found this bread delicious. I will make again.

    I made this one morning before work, and it turned out better than I expected. This one tastes better than the "cloud" recipe. It has a bread feel and taste, especially when buttered. I took the chance of gently beating the first third of the egg white mix with the flour mixture to make sure it was well distributed. Then I carefully folded the remaining two-thirds by hand. I'd love to hear what others about this recipe!
