  • 2 cups poha (thin, flattened rice)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 potatoes (diced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 4 curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch asafetida
  • 4 green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt (as per taste)
  • coriander leaves (Chopped, for garnishing)

    Directions

    1. Soak poha in water. After 5 minutes drain the water and keep it aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan.
    3. Add mustard seeds, asafetida and curry leaves.
