  • 1 onion (medium, peeled)
  • 1 chile pepper (green, chopped)
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (jalapeño, vinegar that jalapeno peppers have been sitting in)

    Directions

    1. Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin loosens up and can be removed.
    2. Set aside 1 tablespoon of minced onion. Liquefy the tomatoes with the remaining onion, pepper, sugar, vinegars, and salt.
    3. Add oregano and chopped onion on top and serve.
