    I think it turned out pretty well! The flavour was not what I expected and new but very nice. Dashi (kelp and bonito flakes) was very hard to get hold of pre-made so I opted to make my own and the recipe I received (for Dashi, eternally) wasn’t as nice as I was used to so I think you need to bear that in mind.
