    Took way longer to cook than stated and the inside was still raw half an hour into cooking...and the batter was more like a dough that definitely shouldn't have gone in a blender.

    These were delicious! I would definitely make these again. Very filling too, I ate two and was full. I thought of maybe using these cakes for a strawberry shortcake type dessert.
