  • 100 grams curly kale (chopped and ribs removed)

  • 1/2 onions (small, finely diced)
  • 2 tahini (tbso light, OR neutral oil)
  • 1 teaspoon white miso (more to taste OR tamari/soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger (finely)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato ketchup (or tomato paste)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 dates (2 if not using ketchup)
