I don’t have a grill so I made this in the oven instead of ground pepper and iodized salt I used the salt and pepper with the grinders this came out very juicy and absolutely amazing if I had to make one adjustment though I would add some freshly chopped onion and garlic to it just for a little added flavor but overall this came out fantastic my kids also loved it and I will definitely be making this again sometime

Made in the oven - couldn't use the grill due to a thunderstorm! Made with kielbasa ....was out of Itailian - so good! Will definitely make again...on the grill next time. Super quick and easy-thank you for a great go to recipe for work nights!

Used kielbasa sausage cause kids don’t care for Italian sausages and it was extremely easy to prepare and taste amazing. Next time I might add some sliced mushrooms and onions too This would also be a great dish to make and take camping

I just made this recipe, however it wasn't in tinfoil. I added rosemary, Italian seasoning and smoked sausage in a baking pan. Peeked red and yukon potatoes. Added fresh carrots and green beans. I covered it with tinfoil and cooked at 400 degrees for 40 mins. Needless to say, my wife wants me to make it more. im sure the tinfoil pack is great but this was faster for me

Recipe is super easy to follow and turned out great I followed the advice of another person and added bell peppers and onions — definitely suggest doing that because it adds flavor and substance to the dish. I will make this again for sure.

I made it for dinner tonight and it was simple to make and very very delicious. A very good meal to make especially when feeding a family of 7. I doubled the batch and made too full pans and had very little left over. It was amazing.

Wonderfully easy! I added a lot more spices and used chicken sausage. Cooked in oven on a foil lined sheet and covered loosely with foil. Took 45min.

This recipe was wonderful!!. I also tried it with chicken Italian sweet sausage and added some ground Thyme and it was great. I'm going to try it with sweet potatoes next. This is a terrific comfort food recipe. You can also do this in your oven on a sheet pan covered with foil. Thank you for sharing, this is one of my favorites. Easy NO MESS!!

It was delicious! Added mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and cooked 45ins. Also used steak seasoning on the potatoes and took the foil off the last 20 mins to brown the sausage! Easy to make and flavorful!

Needs more than 30 min to get potatoes cooked all the way thru. Might try 45 next time. Also needs way more seasoning next time. Overall, very easy prep. Will make again with a few changes.

Yummy!! I subbed in broccoli for green beans and added some shallots! So yummy and easy!
