Very good and easy. Might add garlic next time. The ravioli provides a lot of the flavor so choose wisely.

I couldn't find pesto stuffed ravioli so I bought pesto to add to the veggies. That was a good addition to the spinach and cheese ravioli but I think the capers were the wrong kind. I used a larger sized kind and maybe a few too many. Overall, I would make it again, use smaller sized capers and add pine nuts. The recipe is a 4 star but my choice of products brings it down to a 3 star.

easy and tasty.Used 14 oz can of artichokes & extra spinach 5 ravoli each for 2 adults. Other ingredients the same. Will continue to make.

So yummy! It was VERY simple to make... took maybe a half hour and tasted like I’d slaved over it all day. Not to mention it looked incredibly pretty on the plate. My only critique would be that the serving size is a bit off. It made just enough for my husband and I, so I’m not sure how anyone figures 8 oz of pasta could feed four adults.
