Really good flavor! I used used what we had... turkey breakfast sausages, red and green pepper, and apple cider vinegar instead of white wine. I also added chopped spinach. It was so good my 5 year-old son had three helpings. There was barely enough left for my husband to take to work tomorrow.

I bought sweet Italian sausage by mistake, so I added a pinch of cayenne pepper. Very good dish, will definitely put it in our dinner rotation.

Used fresh green peppers and tomatoes from the garden, my family loved it, a side of garlic bread and salad , better than some a Italian restaraunts!

Really, really good. Used mild sausage cause I have young kids and they both loved it. I only had cooking sherry and only 1/4 cup of that but it was fine. Next time I might reduce salt by 1/2 tsp, it was ok for us but some might find it a little salty. I didn't add any EVOO at the end either. Finally, it was even better the second day.

This is an amazing recipe. Followed directions accordingly and I felt it needed a little something extra so I added Italian dressing to it and omg super amazing. definitely doing again. thank you so much for this recipe

Very good flavor and the family loved it. My three boys ( ages 4,5 & 9) liked it, so that is a plus in my book!! Didn't use red pepper flakes, Cause the kids.

Really fantastic and easy to make. The picture up top does not do this dish proper justice. It is quite a lovely dish with vibrant colors. It seems like a good Summer dish with all those colorful veggies, the fact that is indeed served hot almost comes as a shock, even though you obviously know that it does since you just cooked it! :)

One of my favorite go to pasta dishes the peppers balance the pasta and sausage. I did up the amount of pasta to stretch the sauce but it was all good. Great Recipe.
