Wonderful! My husband had 2nd helpings. Very flavorful. We'll definately have it again & invite friends. I doubled the italian sauage. Half spicy, half mild. Yumm!

Really good flavor! I used used what we had... turkey breakfast sausages, red and green pepper, and apple cider vinegar instead of white wine. I also added chopped spinach. It was so good my 5 year-old son had three helpings. There was barely enough left for my husband to take to work tomorrow.

I bought sweet Italian sausage by mistake, so I added a pinch of cayenne pepper. Very good dish, will definitely put it in our dinner rotation.

Used fresh green peppers and tomatoes from the garden, my family loved it, a side of garlic bread and salad , better than some a Italian restaraunts!

Really, really good. Used mild sausage cause I have young kids and they both loved it. I only had cooking sherry and only 1/4 cup of that but it was fine. Next time I might reduce salt by 1/2 tsp, it was ok for us but some might find it a little salty. I didn't add any EVOO at the end either. Finally, it was even better the second day.

This is an amazing recipe. Followed directions accordingly and I felt it needed a little something extra so I added Italian dressing to it and omg super amazing. definitely doing again. thank you so much for this recipe

Very good flavor and the family loved it. My three boys ( ages 4,5 & 9) liked it, so that is a plus in my book!! Didn't use red pepper flakes, Cause the kids.
