This is delicious! It definitely has a little spice, so skip the cayenne or red pepper if you are worried about that, but I can barely handle any spice and this was perfect! I used the red pepper. The whole family enjoyed it.

Ooh this was nice! Warming and filling just right for a cold winter evening meal. I cut back a little on the cayenne pepper, just adding 1tsp and this was plenty for my taste buds. I made it using macaroni which was one of the suggestions and it worked really well. All in all a very nice spicy meal.
