Perfect! I used 90% lean ground turkey instead of beef, a large onion instead of medium onion, 1tbs of very spicy red chilli powder instead of 2tbs mild chili powder, and chicken stock instead of beef broth. I also added 1 can of corn and a half tsp of ground chipotle chili powder. Considering it was a bit liquidy, I think I could have added 1 more pound of turkey or an extra can of beans. No BURN warning on instant pot since I followed the directions about pouring the beans on top (last). Overall, great recipe!
