The recipe is easy and delicious, but it’s definitely not 8 servings—maybe between 4 to 6 servings depending on the serving size. I love the taste though!

Really bland! And the recipe says 8 servings... how?! Who is this person feeding?

So great! Followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfect. Well I guess one substitute, arrowroot for the cornstarch.

I did modified the recipe using a cup of broth, and a cup of red wine for a 500g of stewing beef. I omit potato and used mushroom and peppers instead. used dried thyme and bay leaf 4 tsps of Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch and water mixture. Put the mixture, peas and peppers after the cooking is done, Tasty!

Made it today, I added more tomato paste, salt and pepper to it. I think the 35mins pressure cook time is too much, my meat and potatoes looks like it’s shredded or mashed. But it’s good.

I dusted beef in flour and seasoning. Agree with doubling the seasonings. I used fresh tomatoes instead of paste. Will shorten the time next time as some of the beef fell apart.

It was definitely beef soup as opposed to stew, but it was actually a good soup. I coated the meat in flour before searing. Seasonings need to be at least tripled. I doubled the salt and it was still fairly underseasoned. The meat and potatoes came out perfect.

It was great! just need to see if i can double the recipe next time for lunch leftovers!! It won't let me give it more than 3 stars so here's mine. lol ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really easy recipe, perfect for a cold day! Instead of the corn starch slurry, I dusted the meat with a tablespoon of flour. Also, I would add more salt next time, for sure
