    Great! Easy and just like the recipe calls for. Needs a little more seasoning or more of what they call for. Husband loved it really yummy

    Very good, we traded red wine for half cup red wine vinegar and half cup broth.

    Overall, it turned out great! we didnt have red wine so just used more beef broth. I think it would have had more flavour if we had used the red wine. We added salt, pepper, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce to give it more flavour.

    Really good. Everyone loved it. Will make this again. Will try it again w/o potatoes and fewer carrots for a low carb version for me, but the recipe as is was just wonderful.

    Delicious. Really nice flavor, the cooking wine makes a big difference. Instead of water in the slurry I did Worcestershire sauce. Definitely will be making again!

    The recipe is easy and delicious, but it’s definitely not 8 servings—maybe between 4 to 6 servings depending on the serving size. I love the taste though!

    I did modified the recipe using a cup of broth, and a cup of red wine for a 500g of stewing beef. I omit potato and used mushroom and peppers instead. used dried thyme and bay leaf 4 tsps of Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch and water mixture. Put the mixture, peas and peppers after the cooking is done, Tasty!
