  • 800 grams chicken (- 1 kg ,dressed, in bone cut into 10 pcs)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (Crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger (Grated)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon red chile powder (more if you like spice)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garam Masala
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 5 green chilies (4- ,cut length wise)
  • 5 onions (sliced,lengthwise)
  • 5 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 1/2 cups rice (500 gms)
  • 15 almonds ((soaked and skin removed)
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 5 cloves
  • 4 cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1/2 cup rose water (or Kewra concentrate 1/4 Tsp)
