This is a very good basic recipe. I added a bit more salt and lemon juice, used olive oil and smoked paprika to garnish.

Made this before and it always comes out great! Family and friends love the fresh taste.

Easy and delicious! I cut recipe in half since I’m the only one who eats it in my home. 🙂

"I loved it very much. So, I added some, Kalamata Olive Tapenade, that I made, in the center of the hummus. A wonderful traditional Mediterranean Breakfast today... 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I didn’t think it turned out well! I found it was bland.... I will try again...

Good recipe. I prefer to use water instead of preserved juice. Added a sprinkle of smoked paprika, cilantro - instead of parsley - and extra virgin olive oil on top to finish.

It was a very good and simple recipe. I also added some black pepper and a bit more garlic. The hummus turned out delicious but next time I will add less cumin because it was too strong.

Good. I had poured out the garbanzo bean liquid before I found this recipe, so I made up for the liquid with more olive oil and lemon juice until I got the consistency I wanted. I mixed the cumin into the hummus for a homogenous flavor. I topped it with smoked paprika. It is really easy to make and to experiment with flavoring.
