    Kept pretty much with the recipe although i used Roma Tomatoes instead of the sun dried. Also spritzed the tops of the salmon with melted butter halfway thru cooking it. I used the Big Easy Oil Less Turkey Fryer and it came out top notch ! Thanks so much for this Recipe, Loved it.
