  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion (small, sliced)
  • 1 lemon (halved)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp. black peppercorns (cracked beneath a saute pan)
  • 15 oz. ice (500 grams ice, or 15 ounces of ice water)

    Very good. For the review that said there were no instructions let it brine for at least 2 hours up to 6 hours.
