  • 4 baby portabella mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 yellow pepper (deseeded and sliced)
  • 1/2 red pepper (deseeded and sliced)
  • 6 baby corn (approx 50g, sliced in half, lengthways)
  • 14 peas (approx 50g sugarsnap)
  • 3.5 oz. bamboo shoots (tinned, drained)
  • 1 honey (sachet Lee Kum Kee, and Soy Stir Fry Sauce)
  • 2 scallions (spring onions, sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 medium egg noodles (nests, approx 3 1/2 oz or 100g dried)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
