Awesome and it was so easy and fast! Great directions! I had a bigger crowd and used a full 2lb bag of mini carrots. I adjusted the dose of ingredients to taste . I will definitely make again!

Mildly sweet & tender, but some of the honey burned as I added the honey a little too early. Cooked with chicken & sweet potatoes.

I made these tonight. I read another comment where the carrots got burnt. Mine did to but I chalk this up to a self inflicted mistake and not the recipe. I’m Not an experienced cook because I’ve been blessed with a dad who is phenomenal in the kitchen. Made this dish tonight with a chicken dish I found on this app. This turned out great. Live and learn. Will be making this again.

The liquid didn't reduce until after the carrots got burnt on one side. Still wasn't the entire way. I might take the lid off earlier next time and do 3-4 minutes. The honey flavor wasn't super strong but otherwise it was good.
